Director
Director of the Environment Agency since 2018, Curator of the Nature Reserve, Sébastien Gréaux joined the Agency in December 2013 as a marine environment officer.
Karl Questel 
Scientific referent
Karl Questel, as scientific referent, supervises the inventories and monitoring carried out on the island and surrounding islets, and the drafting of scientific reports and bulletins. A sworn member of the environmental and fisheries police, Karl takes part in police and surveillance missions.
Serge Toulet 
Serge has been part of the team since 2016. He oversees police and surveillance activities on land and at sea within the Marine Park. He is also actively involved in wildlife care.
Clémence Jarry 
Responsible for administrative and accounting management
Clémence is responsible for the agency's administrative and financial management. She also oversees all legal aspects of the structure. Commissioned and sworn as an environmental and fisheries police officer, she takes part in police and surveillance missions.
Tiphanie Lelong
Land clearing and administrative follow-up officer
Tiphanie is responsible for land clearing management and the preservation of native flora in Saint-Barthélemy. Commissioned and sworn as an environmental and fisheries police officer, she takes part in police and surveillance missions.
Emma Tinelli
Communication and awareness manager
Emma is responsible for the structure's communications on the island's social networks and various media. She is also in charge of awareness-raising, running events for children and the general public on the protection of the island's biodiversity.
Enzo Muller-Questel
Garde technicien pêche
Enzo is responsible for managing recreational and professional fishing in Saint-Barthélemy waters (administrative management, monitoring, issuing fishing licences).
Guillaume Ramade
Invasive exotic species technician guard
Guillaume is in charge of managing invasive exotic species and mangroves (monitoring, vegetation and fauna evolution).
Hilaire Dufournier
Garde marin
Hilaire actively participates in all marine scientific monitoring.
Emilie Fouchet-Orhant
Agent d'accueil 
Emilie is in charge of the physical and telephone reception of the structure in the mornings from 8am to 12:30am, as well as running the agency store.
Anaïs Coulon
Doctoral student - Geography, specializing in disaster management and natural hazards.
Anaïs is doing her PhD between Saint-Barthélemy to study the coastline and the Université Paul Valéry Montpellier III where her research laboratory is located.
